Privacy and Data Use

Boise Hypnosis respects your privacy. This notice explains what the website stores, why it stores it, and when information can leave the website.

The Guides

You can read either Guide without giving us your name or email address. Your browser may save your place in a Guide on that device so you can return where you stopped.

The AI Assistant

The AI Assistant does not begin or create a conversation record until you accept the data-use notice shown on its first screen.

If you agree to use Abbie, the website saves your messages so you can continue the conversation. Chatting does not require an intake assessment or contact details. The website also records the version of the notice you accepted and when you accepted it. If you separately provide contact details or request a consultation, that information may be saved in your private Boise Hypnosis contact record for consultation preparation and relevant follow-up.

Your messages are sent to OpenAI to generate and review the Assistant’s replies. The website requests that model processing not be stored for model training. The conversation itself is still saved in the website’s private database so you can continue where you left off and the pathway can work correctly.

Voice Input

If you choose to use the microphone, your recording is sent to OpenAI for transcription. Boise Hypnosis does not save the audio recording. The transcript appears in the message box so you can review or edit it. It becomes part of the saved conversation only if you send it.

John’s Review and Pykthos/GHL

You may request the free Guide by email with your first name and email address. To request a free phone consultation through the website form, we also need a valid phone number so John can call you. A description of your goal is optional. The website creates or updates your private Boise Hypnosis contact record in Pykthos/GoHighLevel, and the scheduling service may ask you for additional details when you choose a time. Neither Guide completion nor an AI assessment is required to contact John or book a free consultation. The appropriate Guide is required before acceptance as a client.

When you provide a phone number, you may separately choose to receive occasional automated promotional text messages from Boise Hypnosis. That optional choice is not required to schedule, purchase, or receive services. The website records the disclosure shown, the phone number, your choice, the consent version, and the date and time. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

The optional Abbie support chat does not automatically send its conversation to Pykthos/GoHighLevel. If you use a separate guided screening pathway, you can review and correct its concise summary before it is transferred to John; the full transcript is not sent. Booking directly through the consultation form sends the contact details and goal you provide to Boise Hypnosis and its scheduling service, but does not claim you completed screening or read a Guide.

Website Measurement

The website uses limited first-party analytics to count browser sessions, page views, clicks on the displayed telephone number, and broad funnel events. These records include the page path and basic referral or campaign information, but do not store your name, email address, phone number, message content, or raw IP address. Obvious automated traffic is excluded. The site also loads Google Tag Manager for Google Ads measurement. It does not use session replay or online payments.

Data Security

Boise Hypnosis uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information handled through this website. These include encrypted web connections, access controls, limited access to private records, and service providers selected to operate the website, messaging, scheduling, and related business functions. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Mobile Information and SMS Consent

Boise Hypnosis does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text-message consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be provided only to service providers that help Boise Hypnosis deliver and operate its text-message program, and only for that operational purpose. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any other third parties.

Retention and Your Choices

Assistant records remain in the website database until they are deleted under Boise Hypnosis’s retention practices or at your request. You can use the Guides or contact John without using the AI Assistant. The optional chat alone does not send its transcript to John’s Pykthos contact record.

Questions or Deletion Requests

Email Boise Hypnosis at ironjohnw@gmail.com if you have a privacy question or want an Assistant conversation deleted. We may need enough information to identify the correct record without disclosing it to someone else.
