Privacy and Data Use
Boise Hypnosis respects your privacy. This notice explains what the website stores, why it stores it, and when information can leave the website.
The Guides
You can read either Guide without giving us your name or email address. Your browser may save your place in a Guide on that device so you can return where you stopped.
The AI Assistant
The AI Assistant does not begin or create a conversation record until you accept the data-use notice shown on its first screen.
If you agree to use it, the website stores your conversation, Guide progress, readiness-and-fit answers, and the contact information you provide. Your initial consent covers this storage, creation or updating of your private Boise Hypnosis contact record, screening, scheduling, consultation preparation, and related follow-up. It also records the version of the notice you accepted and the date and time you accepted it.
Your messages are sent to OpenAI to generate and review the Assistant’s replies. The website requests that model processing not be stored for model training. The conversation itself is still saved in the website’s private database so you can continue where you left off and the pathway can work correctly.
Voice Input
If you choose to use the microphone, your recording is sent to OpenAI for transcription. Boise Hypnosis does not save the audio recording. The transcript appears in the message box so you can review or edit it. It becomes part of the saved conversation only if you send it.
John’s Review and Pykthos/GHL
After you provide your first name and email address, the website creates or updates your private Boise Hypnosis contact record in Pykthos/GoHighLevel so your progress can be connected to you and Boise Hypnosis can provide relevant follow-up. When you are ready to schedule, the website also collects your last name and phone number so the same contact record can carry into the scheduling form. If one-on-one treatment is not financially workable, you may instead choose to provide a phone number and optional last name and ask Boise Hypnosis to contact you when more affordable options become available.
If screening indicates that a consultation is appropriate, the Assistant shows you the concise summary it intends to make available to John. You may correct it before confirming that it is accurate. Your initial data-use consent already authorizes this internal transfer, so the confirmation is an accuracy check rather than a second permission request.
After you confirm the summary and complete the scheduling details, the website sends your name, phone number, email address, Guide and screening status, and the confirmed summary to John Wylie’s private Pykthos/GoHighLevel contact record. It does not send the full conversation transcript. The website then creates short-lived scheduling access tied to the browser where you completed screening and securely prefills the same contact details in the Pykthos/GoHighLevel scheduling page. Information you confirm or submit there is used to create and manage your consultation appointment. The raw calendar destination is not supplied to the AI model or exposed before eligibility is verified.
What Is Not Active
The website does not currently use advertising pixels, session replay, online payments, or an open public contact form.
Retention and Your Choices
Assistant records remain in the website database until they are deleted under Boise Hypnosis’s retention practices or at your request. You can use the Guides without the AI Assistant. You can also stop before providing contact information. If you stop before confirming the displayed summary, that summary is not transferred to John.
Questions or Deletion Requests
Email Boise Hypnosis at ironjohnw@gmail.com if you have a privacy question or want an Assistant conversation deleted. We may need enough information to identify the correct record without disclosing it to someone else.
