Here’s why it’s so damn hard to quit…

Virtually all the other methods of smoking cessation fail to recognize a vital fact. Let’s face it: Smoking is a complex behavior with multiple parts. If you’re honest with yourself and you look carefully, you’ll notice these elements in your own situation.
